Various Planters Gallery #1

This Gallery is comprised of a variety of planters. Most of them are small. I enjoy making the small pieces because it is an opportunity to sketch out different ideas and get and sense of how they would appear if they were larger. It is also good to make two or three at a time by going from one to the other and following the concrete's setting time. Otherwise I end up roughing out the piece only to have to wait until it cures sufficiently to continue on to the next step. Even though they are small each one may take as much time and diligence as a piece two or three times larger.
